Refund policy
Need to make a return or exchange?
We are happy to take back items that are new or unused in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for full credit. You can either make an exchange, take a store credit (that never expires), or take a refund to your original form of payment.
Returns will be subject to a $14.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The fee is waived for exchanges and store credits. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. To initiate a return, email us at hello@corroshop.com, and we'll send you a prepaid label.
Limitations for returning products
To ensure we provide the highest quality equestrian products, Corro follows strict return guidelines and some return exclusions do apply:

Helmets and safety vests and customized items are not eligible for return.

Ulcergard and wormers cannot be returned due to FDA regulation.

Supplements and treats can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened condition.

All other items can be returned if they are clean, unused, and in their original packaging.
Where returns are processed for store credit, a Corro gift card will be issued once your return order is returned back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase. Once a gift card has been issued, a refund can no longer be issued back to the original form of payment.
How do I ship back an item?
Email hello@corroshop.com to initiate your return. We'll send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to apply to your package, and then all you will have to do is drop it off with the selected shipping provider. There is a $14.99 fee for the return shipping label that is deducted from refunds, and the fee is waived for exchanges and store credits.
If you would like to send back your return on your own, please let us know and we will provide you with a number to attach to your package to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Have a return after 30 days?
If you have an item and don't want to return it straight away, but down the road realize that it isn't up to your satisfaction, please contact us. We'll do our best to make it right. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after 30 days that have been used or no longer have the original packaging.
